These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sweet Animals website, online store, products, services, and related features.

Sweet Animals is a pet-focused brand owned and operated by ALZAS GROUP LLC, our parent company in the United States. Sweet Animals also operates and develops its brand presence in Türkiye and may expand its operations into additional international markets.

Throughout these Terms, “Sweet Animals,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Sweet Animals brand and, where applicable, ALZAS GROUP LLC.

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Sweet Animals is a pet-focused brand owned and operated by ALZAS GROUP LLC.

Our international e-commerce activities may be conducted under the Sweet Animals brand by ALZAS GROUP LLC and/or authorized local entities, partners, service providers, or affiliates, depending on the applicable market.

Sweet Animals also operates and develops its brand presence in Türkiye.

The specific contracting or selling entity applicable to an order may depend on the customer's location, sales channel, payment method, fulfillment arrangement, and applicable law.

Where required, the relevant seller or contracting entity will be identified during checkout, on the order confirmation, invoice, or other transaction documentation.

18. SWEET ANIMALS BRAND

Nothing contained on our website grants users ownership of or an unrestricted license to Sweet Animals intellectual property.

In cases involving suspected fraudulent or misleading chargeback claims, Sweet Animals or ALZAS GROUP LLC may provide relevant order, communication, delivery, and transaction information to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, or other appropriate parties as permitted by law.

Sweet Animals also operates and develops its brand presence in Türkiye.

Customers purchasing as consumers in Türkiye may have mandatory rights under Turkish consumer protection and distance-sales legislation.

Where applicable mandatory Turkish law provides consumers with rights that conflict with or provide greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory legal provisions will prevail.

30. EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS

Customers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom may benefit from mandatory consumer protection, product conformity, withdrawal, refund, privacy, and other statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, transactions operated directly by ALZAS GROUP LLC may be governed by the laws applicable to ALZAS GROUP LLC and the relevant transaction.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
